Protocol: National Plasterers Council Recommended Start-Up Procedures, Rev 03-2021. Day 1 = the day the pool reaches operating level and the pump starts.
Saving the "pool full" date starts the Day 1–28 clock. The pump must run continuously for 7 days (minimum 72 hours) and the heater stays off until the plaster dust is gone.
Rule-of-thumb doses for the pool volume on file. Check the product label; the NPC guide governs sequence and limits.
